Yes, You can cancel the order in meantime or grace period of 5 minutes, and there will be no charge.
However, You can not cancel the order once its being prepared, or Delivery on the way, or crossed the grace period of 5 Minutes.
Refund, either Cash on Delivery or Online Bank Payment will take 7 working days after confirmation from restaurants and Admin office.
We are mainly work with Cash on delivery, other payments methods, Offline Payment Method, by selecting our company bank details to order from your bank APP, Easypaisa or Jazzcash. You can share the payment transaction details while checkout, Our customer service will proceed the order once payment is received.
